I was born and raised in Innisfail, Alberta. I moved to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta where I received my Bachelor's degree in education. I'm into my 11th year of teaching and live in Innisfail with my husband and two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, being active and spending as much time outside as possible.
